Having Problems Logging In?
Please make sure you are reading the error messages carefully, as they are designed to tell you why you might not be able to log in.

These are the issues the Assessment Center can help resolve:
- You typed either an incorrect ID number or an incorrect date of birth.
- The message tells you that your ID is not in the system and you are *sure* you submitted the online application at least 2-3 RCCD working days ago.
- Your login is blocked because you need a special re-test appointment
- Miscellaneous system error
Use the form on the Contact Us page to explain the problem and the error message you received. Include your full name and either your RCCD ID or your date of birth.
Examples of problems we cannot help resolve:
- You are blocked because your Home College is not Riverside City College. You should assess at your Home College.
- You are blocked because of multiple no-shows. You must make your appointment in person
- You can log in, but there are no tests appointments available. PLEASE DO NOT e-mail us if the search results says all appointments are full. We're sorry, but there is nothing we can do to change things when this happens. If all appointments are full, please follow the suggestions on the search results page.
