Do not use your browser navigation buttons. Only use the menu buttons to navigate these pages.

Make only one appointment at a time. When you are finished making your appointment, click "Log Out" and let the browser close.

If you fail to follow these two directions you will cause a glitch in the appointments system. This glitch will make you think you've made an appointment, but you really haven't. All our tests book full. If you cause an appointment glitch then we will not have you on our appointments roster, we will not have a workstation available for you and we cannot test you.

Read the receipt page. When you finish making your appointment you will see a receipt page. That page has lots of useful instructions. Pay attention to your appointment date - a lot of people have been arriving days or a week early.
